The Honolulu International Film Festival is now accepting submissions for Features, Shorts, Documentaries, Student Films, Action Sports Films, Foreign Films, Environmental Films, Music Videos, Screenplays, Television Pilots, Experimental Films and Hawaii Films.

Deadlines:
Early Bird Deadline - May 31
Regular Deadline - September 15                                            
Late Deadline - November 30
Extended Deadline - December 15

Fees:
(Short films are under 50 minutes.  Feature films are over 50 minutes.)
Early Bird Deadline - Short: $30 / Feature: $35                                      
Regular Deadline - Short: $35 / Feature: $40                                           
Late Deadline - Short: $40 / Feature: $45
Extended Deadline - Short: $40 / Feature: $45

Rules and Regulations for Film Entry
DVD's must be clearly labeled with film title, category and running time.

More than one entry may be submitted. Each must be submitted with its own entry form and fee.

DVDs and videocassettes and will not be returned.

Entry fee is nonrefundable.

For preview purposes please send on DVD (NTSC preferred).

Filmmaker will assume shipping costs of material and print to the Honolulu International Film Festival.

Titles produced in languages other than English must have legible English subtitles.

The selection committees' and juries' decisions are final.

Foreign entrants must assume all responsibility for clearing films and videotapes through U.S. and foreign customs officials.

Honolulu International Film Festival reserves the right to make any necessary changes in regulations or festival scheduling.
