Rules and Regulations for Film Entry:

• DVD's must be clearly labeled on the spine with film title.
• More than one entry may be submitted. Each must be submitted separately.
• DVDs and videocassettes and will not be returned.
• Entry fee is nonrefundable.
• For preview purposes please send on DVD (NTSC preferred).
• Filmmaker will assume shipping costs of material and print to the Honolulu International Film Festival.
• Titles produced in languages other than English must have legible English subtitles.
• The selection committees' and juries' decisions are final.
• For foreign films: entrants must assume all responsibility for clearing films and videotapes through U.S. and foreign customs officials.
• Honolulu International Film Festival reserves the right to make any necessary changes in regulations or festival scheduling.
